A 16-YEAR-OLD girl was robbed as she waited for a friend near a pub in Naphill.
The girl had been dropped off by a taxi near the Black Lion pub in Woodlands Drive, Naphill, just after midnight on Saturday night when she was approached by a man.
He grabbed her handbag, snatched her mobile phone out of her hand and demanded she hand over her bank card.
He also threatened to hurt her if she gave him the wrong PIN number.
The handbag was later discovered in Stocking Lane, Hughenden Valley.
The man is described as white, about 18 years old, 6ft 6ins tall and described by the victim as 'sounding quite young'.
He was wearing a grey hooded top, with the hood up to hide his face and dark tracksuit bottoms.
Police say they are keeping an 'open mind' about the incident at this time as they believe it could be linked to an attempted robbery in Cryers Hill Lane on Monday (see link).
Contact police on 0845 8 505 505 or the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111 with any information on this incident.
