Mr Taylor was aquitted of all charges by a unanimous jury in June 2011, and as such faced no further action in relation to this court case.
A 66-YEAR-OLD man has denied a series of charges of indecency on a young girl in the 1970s.
Robert Taylor, of Cordons Close, Chalfont St Peter, pleaded not guilty to six charges of indecency with a child when he appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court today.
Taylor was granted unconditional bail ahead of a trial. No date was set for his next court appearance.
