A PUB company has identified The Green Man in Flackwell Heath “for disposal” and the site has been put on the market.
The Straight Bit pub closed earlier this year and could be sold off to property developers by Enterprise Inns.
The former Magpie pub on Heath End Road was demolished last year and nine homes are currently being built on the site. The site was sold to Shanly Homes by another pub company.
Meanwhile, there have been reports of people breaking into The Green Man in recent weeks and Helen Whittall, a spokesman for Enterprise Inns, said security has been stepped up.
Police told the Bucks Free Press they were called to The Green Man on July 7 and 9 to investigate reports of underage drinking, but said no one was found and there was no sign of forced entry.
