THE Oxfordshire County and Thame Show was blighted by a fire today which swept through a field of crops and damaged parked cars.
Six fire engines attended which just left the scene.
Firefighters were called at 4.15pm to the fire at the Oxfordshire County and Thame Show showground off the A4129 Kingsey Road in Thame.
Fire went through approximately 5,000 square metres of stubble and standing crop which spread to parked cars.
The fire service said the fire was thought to be accidental.
