TWO of the world's richest men now have full ownership of the Eden Shopping Centre in High Wycombe.
David and Simon Reuben, of Reuben Brothers, have bought out three joint ventures, including the Eden Centre, in a deal worth £260m, the company has confirmed.
They bought Brookfield, a Canadian property giant, out of its 50 per cent share in Eden, which opened in 2008.
The Indian-born brothers were ranked 93rd in the Forbes 2010 Rich List and are worth more than $7 billion.
According to Forbes, the brothers formed a metals trading company that invested in Russia and Kazakhstan in the 1990s, before going on to invest heavily in UK real estate.
