A SERIOUS road traffic collision in High Wycombe yesterday has sparked an appeal for witnesses.
Police have urged people to come forward with information after a lorry hit a pensioner on New Road, close to the Squirrel Lane Co-op at 2.50pm.
The man, in his 70s, from High Wycombe, was airlifted to the JR2 Hospital after sustaining severe injuries.
And police have appealed to people who witnessed the collision, or anyone who saw the lorry or man before the crash.
