A NIGHT of classic Big Band and swing dancing comes to Bourne End Community Centre on Sunday, April 10. Former Ivy Benson musician Simone Smith and her husband Chris feature in show, with songs from artists such as Frank Sinatra & Glenn Miller through to Jools Holland-style Jazz. WOOBURN Green Scout Hall is hosting a Spring Fair on April 9 in aid of Marlow Opportunity Playgroup, which is now based at the scout hall on Watery Lane. There will be a kiddies corner with face-painting, toy stall, cake and book stalls, bric-a-brac, tombola, raffle, jewellery, plant stalls and refreshments. All welcome from 10am – 1pm.

A WALKING group meets every Thursday in the Loudwater and Flackwell Heath area for a one hour walk. It meets at Kingsmead Road car park and Budgens car park on alternate weeks so call Fiona Broadbent on 01494 475367 to check the start point.

CHRIST Church in Flackwell Heath is hosting a concert by the Wycombe & Great Kingshill Band this evening (Friday). A variety of music will be played, including jazz, classical and pop.
