A MAN was punched to the floor then hit again after getting up as he made his way home from a High Wycombe night club.
The victim was attacked after leaving Pure nightclub and going to Dennis Kebab Centre in Oxford Street just after 3am on Saturday.
As he crossed the street to go to a cashpoint he bumped into a mixed race woman in her late twenties with curly short hair in a bob cut, police said.
A verbal argument ensued.
He was then approached on the zebra crossing by another man, believed to be the woman’s boyfriend, who began arguing with him and punched him in the face.
He fell to the floor and as he got up, he was put in a headlock and punched again.
The man then got up and walked home.
