Three men have been arrested after two other men were seriously injured in an incident in High Wycombe yesterday (Saturday).
Police were called out to Upper Green Street following reports of a “disorder” on Green Street and Upper Green Street.
Two men sustained serious injuries and required hospital treatment.
Three men have been arrested in connection with the incident. Two of the men remain in police custody and a third has been released under investigation.
Investigating officer detective constable Alex Trevivian, from High Wycombe police station, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to the incident who may have been in the area at around 7pm.
“I would like to reassure the local community that we believe this to be an isolated incident and three arrests have been made in connection with this.
