Robbers stole a safe from a bookmakers in High Wycombe and fled the scene on Monday night.
Three men walked into Corals on Desborough Road at around 11pm on April 2 and stole the safe before fleeing through an alleyway and into a service road.
They jumped into two vehicles - one described as a white Transit-style van and a light coloured Land Rover Defender.
The first man is described as being slim, white, wearing a dark blue hoody with three light blue stripes down the sleeves, black trousers and black gloves.
The second is also slim and white, wearing a dark blue hoody, black trousers and black gloves.
The third man is described as being large, white, wearing a blue hoody, black trousers and black gloves, scarf and a black cap with a white emblem.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Chris Mavers, based at High Wycombe police station, said: "Desborough Road is typically busy therefore I urge anyone who may have witnessed this incident or can provide information that may assist this investigation to come forward.
"I encourage anyone who recognises the description of the three offenders to also get in touch."
