Lee Joseph denied the charges at Aylesbury Crown Court
An Aylesbury man has denied multiple charges of downloading indecent images of children.
Appearing at Aylesbury Crown Court this afternoon (Monday) Lee Joseph, aged 31, of Eastland Street in Aylesbury, pleaded not guilty to three charges of making indecent images of a child.
Mr Joseph is accused of downloading more than 100 indecent images onto his mobile phone between July 26, 2018 and August 10, 2018.
The court heard today from Mr Joseph’s defence barrister that he ‘didn’t open or download the images’ and that ‘someone else’ must have downloaded them.
A trial date of Thursday, June 24 has been set.
Mr Joseph has been released on bail until that time.
