STUART Lewis could be a doubt to face Reading on Saturday after injuring his foot against Chesham last night.
Last season's captain could play no further part after being hurt in a stiff challenge from the Generals' Ryan Blake with just 15 minutes on the clock.
It's believed the combative midfielder injured a metatarsal in the tackle.
Lewis needed support from crutches to make it back to the dressing room, but the 26-year-old discarded them before leaving The Meadow.
Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: "He's taken a whack on his foot. He cleared the ball and the Chesham players just dangled his studs and Stu's slammed the bottom of his foot.
"I've had that one before and it's a nasty one if you catch it right, and Stu's caught it just right."
