GREAT Marlow School have earmarked the County Cup as a priority for their year nine rugby team this season.
They lost to RGS High Wycombe in last year’s semi-final but rugby coach Steve Goodright has challenged them to go one better.
They kicked off their campaign against John Hampden Grammar School in the first round and made the perfect start with an 87-22 victory.
Great Marlow School knocked John Hampden out of the competition last season as well, and were never in danger this time around as they absorbed early pressure before striking hard to lead 35-14 at half time.
The second half was even more emphatic as Great Marlow School added another 52 points.
