High Wycombe driver Ross Gunn is hoping to extend his lead at the top of the British GT4 Championship when round six rolls into Brands Hatch this weekend.
The youngster, who races for Beechdean AMR, currently leads the way alongside teammate Jamie Chadwick following a second place finish at Spa Francorchamps three weeks ago.
There are just three races left after Sunday’s event and the pair are currently 21 points clear in the standings.
He said: “We are now starting the business end of the championship, and strong points from now to the end of the season is our target.
“The Brands Hatch GP circuit, another home race for Beechdean AMR, is certainly one of the UK’s most challenging for both car and driver.
“I believe both Jamie and I have a good chance of scoring another podium this weekend in the Aston Martin Vantage GT4 car.”
