Wycombe Wanderers supporters took to social media to praise their side's display against Reading last night.
The Blues took the game the distance as they drew 1-1 with the Championship outfit in normal time before losing 4-2 on penalties in the Carabao Cup.
Wanderers have made a very promising start to the campaign and their supporters have been pleased with the progress the club are making:
The mad thing is, while Stewart has played every minute this season, that was Phillips' professional debut. You wouldn't have thought it. #Chairboys https://t.co/9km1yoFHGX

Brilliant game, felt we were unlucky not to get the win, especially with Bayo hitting the bar in the final second but we move on to Saturday#Chairboys
Fantastic performance from the boys tonight. Thought they were brilliant from start to finish. Nick Freeman really should be getting more game time for me, he is superb #Chairboys

Anyone else feel as though Thommo is going to have difficult time walking back in to the side when he's fit? Gape & Pattison gelling very quickly it seems. 💡 #Chairboys

Took them all the way Rob. Work rate incredible. Their forward cost 7.5 million. All hail the mighty chairboys!!

Bottom line is, we've largely outplayed a Championship side and drawn with them over 90 minutes. They've beaten us with four class penalties and a bonkers keeper. #Chairboys
