CHESHAM hosted the final outdoors match of its season in their annual game between the Captain's team and the President's side.
The match has been won by the club Captain for the last four seasons but there was an upset this year with the President's team winning 122-107.
It was a close and very enjoyable game to round off the season, played on an exceptionally good green that has bowled well all year and received many compliments from visiting teams.
Chesham managed a close 87-83 win at Ruislip-based Ladygate in their final friendly match of the season.
The top winning rink for the visitors included Alan Lammin, Trish Parsons and Peter Horton. The match captain was Liz Mills.
