MARLOW made progress in the FA Trophy this season after a 1-0 win against Chertsey Town in the preliminary round on Saturday, writes Rob Stevens.
A second-half penalty kick from Kelvin Bossman was the difference between the two Isthmian League South Central Division rivals at Oak Tree Road.
The Blues have been drawn at home to Sholing from the Southern League Division One South in the first qualifying round on Saturday 26th October.
Marlow return to action in the league with a trip to Waltham Abbey this Saturday (3pm).
Chalfont St Peter did not have a fixture to fulfill last weekend but welcome Barking to Mill Meadow this Saturday (3pm).
Chesham United have been drawn away to Basildon United from the Isthmian League North Division in the first qualifying round of the FA Trophy, whilst Beaconsfield Town will head to Isthmian League South Central Division high-flyers Westfield.
