THE Booker Gym Club won six medals including three gold at the NDP Tumbling Qualifiers and the English Tumbling Qualifiers last month.
The gold and silver medallists achieved the qualifying score and passed range and conditioning to represent the Southern Region at the NDP Tumbling Finals in Birmingham on June 5-7. They will also compete at the English Finals in Telford on June 20-21.
The gold medal winners were Nicholas Barskietis, Ryo Punwani and James Whitelaw - winning NDP Levels One, Three & Four in their respective age groups.
Silver medal winners include Jack Gates and Leo Harris - winning NDP Levels Two and Three in their age groups.
Booker member Lottie Turner narrowly missed out on qualifying but did take the bronze medal at NDP Level Three.
Tumbling is a rapidly growing sport in the United Kingdom and requires gymnasts to complete a run of eight moves down a sprung track, finishing in a somersault.
