A new date for Wycombe Wanderers’ postponed match against Cambridge United has been confirmed.
The two teams were due to play on Boxing Day, but, following a Covid-19 outbreak at the Amber Army’s camp, the festive fixture was called off.
It was the second match for Wanderers to be cancelled over Christmas, as their battle against Bolton on December 18 was also postponed due to the virus.

Wanderers said: “Tickets will go back on sale shortly; tickets purchased for the original fixture will remain valid, or alternatively you can claim a refund on those tickets if you are unable to attend on the new date, by sending an email to tickets@wwfc.com with your transaction number.”
Coincidently, Cambridge’s last visit to Adams Park was in March 2018, in a season which saw the Chairboys gain promotion.
