WANDERERS' decision to hold a Celtic Day in a bid to boost their attendance has provoked an outcry from embarrassed Wycombe fans and has been labelled a shameful marketing ploy by journalists north of the border.

Blues have decided to give over the entire away stand to Celtic fans for their home game against Chester City next month.

They are hoping to attract a lot of exiled Bhoys supporters who, they think, will want to come and see Wycombe because of their Celtic connections with manager Paul Lambert and midfielder Neil Lennon being former Parkhead heroes.

Tell us what you think. Is it an innovative way to increase the attendance at Adams Park or is it as the Scottish press have derided it a shameful marketing ploy.
