Wycombe Wanderers made it five league games without a win as they fell to a 3-0 defeat away at Lincoln City.
Strikes from Reeco Hackett, Ted Bishop and Danny Mandroiu in the final 25 minutes condemned the Chairboys to another loss as they are now winless in their last 11 when playing on a Saturday.
In a very quiet first-half, Jack Grimmer had Wanderers’ best opening when his low shot was deflected away for a corner.

Luke Leahy managed to evade two defenders on the left-hand side and produced a brilliant ball into the box after just three minutes.
His cross was missed by Sam Vokes but found its way to the former Fulham man Grimmer, whose first-time effort was cleared away.
This was as good as it got for the remainder of the half as both teams defended well.
Chris Forino along with Richard Keogh and Ryan Tafazolli defended brilliantly to thwart any Imps attack, with the home side’s best effort coming midway through the half as a Jaden Brown cross was put wide by Lasse Sorensen.

The second period saw Lincoln dominate as Mandroiu tried his luck on two occasions.
They began to pull the strings which caused the Wycombe defence to stretch, and on 68 minutes, they eventually got their breakthrough as a Mandroiu cross was smashed in by Hackett.
Five minutes later it was two, as Bishop’s strike from distance crept beyond Stryjek, before Mandroiu wrapped up the win in the dying embers of the match.
85 - Goal.

It’s the first time since September 2020 that Wanderers have lost their opening two league games of the season without scoring.
Additionally, this means Wycombe are now winless in their last four against Lincoln, scoring just once.
