Here's our round-up of the best pubs in Bucks to enjoy breakfast (and maybe a pint) during the Women's World Cup final.

It's clear that England wants to celebrate its first World Cup final in over 50 years in just one place - the pub.

Pesky timezone differences, however, mean the match will air at 11am this Sunday, August 20, before most pubs in the UK are licensed to serve booze.

There are growing calls from MPs and footie fans to ease regulations on alcohol sales in recognition of the Lionesses' success - national events, including the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, have seen a loosening of UK licensing laws in the past.

While the jury remains out on whether you'll be able to enjoy a pint during kick-off this weekend, it's well worth heading to your local anyway for the atmosphere, the patriotic spirit and - in some cases - the free breakfast.

Check out our list of the best pubs across Bucks to head down to on Sunday morning.

The Flint Cottage, Amersham Hill, High Wycombe

What better place to celebrate the Women's World Cup final than in the pub running to be Wycombe's main away day spot? The Flint Cottage is pre-gaming its Pride celebrations, scheduled for Sunday evening, with a screening of the match at 11am.

The Three Horseshoes, Amersham Road, High Wycombe

An obvious pick for its multiple large HD TVs showing Sky Sports and BT, The Three Horseshoes will be welcoming football fans from 11am on Sunday.

The Duke, Queens Road, Marlow

Feel like getting ready to watch the Lionesses make history with free food? The Duke is giving away free bacon rolls from 10:30am to 11:30am on Sunday, ahead of an all-day World Cup party that includes two DJ sets.

The Prince of Wales, Mill Road, Marlow

The Prince of Wales is also offering bacon and sausage sandwiches from 11am ahead of a screening of the big game - who needs a pint when you've got a sarnie anyway?

The George and Dragon, High Street, Chesham

The George and Dragon is ready to host football fans whatever the weather this weekend, with an option of five screens inside and a 75-inch television in its beer garden.

The Saracen's Head Inn, Whielden Street, Amersham

Bacon and sausage sandwiches will also be available from 10:30am at The Saracen's Head before fans grab their seats in front of the big screen.

The Taps at Beaconsfield, Gregories Road, Beaconsfield

The Taps at Beaconsfield is hosting fans from 10:45am on Sunday morning, presumably with a wide range of craft beers and wines on hand.

The Jolly Cricketers, Seer Green, Beaconsfield

Another good option if the weather holds, The Jolly Cricketers is serving brunch and full English breakfasts from 10am on Sunday, ahead of screening the final on a brand new TV in its Garden Marquee.
