Wycombe Wanderers have announced the signing of West Ham United striker Gideon Kodua.
The 19-year-old, who spent the second half of last season at Adams Park, played 10 times for the Chairboys and failed to score.
He arrives back in Buckinghamshire on a season-long loan, and will wear the number 21 shirt, which was last worn by D’Mani Mellor, who was released in June.
Kodua had won number 28 during the previous campaign.
Manager Matt Bloomfield said: “Gids showed lots of promise last season and we’re really excited to see how he kicks on now with that experience under his belt.
“He gives us another option out wide and we know he’s someone who can make things happen and excite the fans.
“He will learn a lot from working with Garath McCleary, Kieran Sadlier, David Wheeler and the other experienced lads in the squad and we’re confident he’ll make a lot of progress during his year here.”
His move remains subject to EFL and FA approval.
