Former Wycombe Wanderers head coach Mike Dodds has been appointed assistant head coach at Championship side Blackburn Rovers.
Dodds, 40, takes up the role at Ewood Park after leaving Oxford United, where he had been working as assistant to ex-Chairboys midfielder, captain, coach and manager Matt Bloomfield since January.
Chairboys supporters will remember Dodds from his six-month spell in charge at Adams Park in 2025, where he won nine of his 31 games.
He was dismissed in September of last year after Wycombe won one of their last 11 league games, and was replaced by former Cheltenham Town, Barnsley, Swansea City and Huddersfield Town boss, Michael Duff.
Despite a mixed record in Buckinghamshire, Dodds has continued to build his coaching career and now links up once again with Tony Mowbray, having previously worked under him at Sunderland.
