CBF won the Cressex Astroturf six-a-side league last week and will now set out to prove they are worthy champions when the league holds its top-eight play-off next week.
They will be joined in the tournament by Wycombe Town, FC Beaconsfield, Tring West End, Ariston Athletic, Wycombe Hermits, Italia Unita and AFC Barnes.
Barnes finished ninth but sneaked in because sixth placed Hithercroft are away on a stag weekend. Barnes qualified on goal difference from MCS who took maximum points on the night but finished five goals short.
Murphy and Haywood managed two in their first match when they beat Marlow Tornadoes 2-1 but they could only manage a 1-0 win against Tornado.
Second placed Wycombe Town beat Tornado 3-0 thanks to goals from Holliman, Stevens and Mason and then drew 0-0 with Dreem Team.
Tring West End finished fourth after a 0-0 draw against Dreem Team and a 4-0 win over Biffa thanks to goals from Jolly, Filby, Shepherd and Copeland.
Two goals from Page and one apiece from Millar and Hawes secured Wycombe Hermits' place after wins of 2-0 over Biffa and 2-1win over the Wendover Arms.
