WANDERERS have signed Reading full back Julian Kelly on a month's loan.
The 19-year-old, who will challenge Lewis Hunt for the right back berth, joined up with his new team-mates today.
He has made 11 league appearances for Reading and is a player Waddock has long admired, having previously tried to sign him for Aldershot.
Waddock said: "I've been monitoring him for some time and he will be an excellent adition to our squad."
He is the gaffer's tenth signing of the New Year and Waddock is hoping to bring that up to 11 by the end of the week.
He told the Free Press that he is working hard to bring in a centre half in time for Saturday's fixture at home to Millwall.
