Windsor's Andy Gardner won this year's Prestwood Ten in a time off 33 minutes dead.
He beat Chiltern Harriers' Owain Jones into second place. Last year's winner Gregg Dell was third.
The ladies race was won by Claire Pusey of Burnham Joggers with Karmen Pardoe and Laura Butt of Chiltern Harriers close behind in second and third.
Last year's ladies winner Sarah Paradine was ill.
Chiltern Harriers once more did the double in winning both the men's and women's Athletics Team trophies.
Turpin's Trotters won the Fun Team Trophy.
