The Blues were condemmed to a second defeat in a row last night when Walsall kicked the table toppers out of the LDV Vans Trophy.
Charlie Griffin racked up two goals but it wasn't enough to stop Walsall who equalled the tally.
It looked likely that the game would go into extra time until Jorge Leitao's late goal put Wycombe out.
