WANDERERS and Wasps have announced that Paul Harrison has been dismissed just five months after being appointed chief executive.
Harrison was appointed in November, but Steve Hayes, owner of both clubs, said things hadn't 'worked out'.
Hayes said: “Paul has spent considerable time and energy on both clubs since he joined us, but sometimes these things don’t work out.
"I thank Paul for everything he has done for us and wish him every success for the future. He is certainly very welcome back at Adams Park at any time."
Harrison said: "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Wasps and Wycombe Wanderers and I would like to thank the staff, players and the fans of both clubs for all the support they have given me and wish them all every success for the future."
