TRIALLIST Marvin McCoy looks set to get another run-out for Wanderers at Burnham tonight as the Blues look to secure the 21-year-old right back’s signature.

Wanderers are in talks with his club Wealdstone about a deal but face competition from Leeds, Southampton and Charlton who have also shown interest.

But Blues would appear to be in the box seat.

McCoy has spent pre-season with Wycombe and has featured in all of their matches so far including Saturday’s match at home to Reading where he played the second 45 minutes.

Waddock wants him on board but isn’t counting his chickens.

He said: “We’re talking to Wealdstone but I’m only confident when they sign.”

Wanderers' other triallist, Liam Bridcutt, won't feature tonight.

Waddock says the 21-year-old former Chelsea defensive midfielder who has had loan spells with Watford, Stockport and Yeovil won't play because he wants to give his contracted players a run-out instead.
