SIMON Shaw is the second high-profile exit from Wasps in a matter of hours.
The club has confirmed that the England lock wants to finish his career overseas, despite signing a new contract with Wasps before leaving for the World Cup.
A club statement said: "Simon Shaw signed a contract extension with London Wasps in August, before leaving for the Rugby World Cup with England.
"Simon requested that the club did not announce this at the time for personal reasons, which the club was happy to comply with.
"Upon his return, he informed the club last week that he would like to finish his career overseas.
"The club are very disappointed with this news and await an official approach for the player."
As yet, the club says they have not received an approach, although Shaw was in Toulon at the weekend.
His departure follows the news that head coach Shaun Edwards is moving on.
He was also under contract.
