High Wycombe sealed a dramatic win with a last minute try as they beat off Drifters 22-18.
The hero for the home side was Jake Banton, who broke a tackle and showed great pace to outstrip the defence to score in the corner.
Earlier on, it has been a terrific tussle between both sides.
The game ebbed and flowed with Drifters taking an early lead before Wycombe hit back thanks to some sublime play from Charlie Edwards and Joff Forber.
Wycombe were 17-10 ahead at the break but the Drifters scored a penalty a try to move a point ahead to ensure a nailbiting finish.
Fortunately, Banton had the final say with his try to give his side a boost and get them moving up the table.
Wycombe's next match is away to Gosford All Blacks.
