Patient rescued from hospital lift after being trapped for almost an hour
A PATIENT was trapped in a lift at Warrington Hospital for nearly an hour.
Firefighters from Warrington Fire Station were called to the scene yesterday, Sunday, at around 1.45pm.
The crew manually opened the door of the lift to free the patient, who had been stuck inside for around 50 minutes.
Luckily there were no injuries reported.
