Wycombe Wanderers have confirmed that their fixture with Port Vale has been given a new date.

The Chairboys were due to take on the Staffordshire club on Saturday, September 10 at Adams Park.

However, following the passing of Her late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday, September 8, competitive fixtures in all of England’s top divisions and the Non League were postponed out of respect.

It has now been confirmed that the fixture has been moved to Tuesday, November 1 instead, with the match kicking off at 7.45pm.

The two teams have faced each other 16 times with Wanderers winning six of those matches.
