A replacement home, an extension for a vacant shop, and a pub holiday let are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Ground floor rear extension to the existing commercial premises and internal alterations – PL/21/1803/FA

Maria Rozycka, of EMAR Chartered Architects, has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for 11 Hill Avenue, Amersham.

The proposed rear extension is for a disused commercial property that was formerly a shop, according to council documents.

Three parking spaces will be retained.

Single-storey lobby extension to Flat Two at rear of Aspen House to provide wheelchair access to flat – PL/21/2015/FA

Alan Kondys, from Berkhamsted, has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Aspen House, Churchfield Road, Chalfont St Peter.

The site is described as ‘residential flats on the first and second floor and storage on the ground floor, with approved prior notification for conversion to flats’.

The owner, believed to reside at Pouchen End Farm, in Hemel Hempstead, has been notified.

Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of new dwelling – PL/21/2005/FA

Mr and Mrs A Purewal have submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Tudor House, Dukes Wood Drive, Gerrards Cross.

The new four-bed property will replace an existing four-bed property, according to council documents.

Four parking spaces will be retained.

Agricultural building and access track – PL/21/1974/FA

Mr and Mrs Crisp have submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for The Cart House, Three Gates Farm, Arrewig Lane, Chartridge.

The proposed agricultural building will be of timber cladding and have a clay tile roof.

Its gross internal floorspace will be 73 sqm.

Erection of a single-storey dwelling for use as a holiday let with associated parking and landscaping – PL/21/1497/FA 

Punch Partnerships (PML) Limited has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for The Squirrel Pub, on Penn Street, in Amersham.

Plans detail the “erection of a single-storey dwelling for use as a holiday let”.

Parking spaces will jump to 23 from 20, and some landscaping is also proposed.
