A leisure centre ventilation plant, an extension project, and a school expansion are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Roof-mounted air conditioning and ventilation plant - PL/21/2384/FA

Everyone Active has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Chalfont Leisure Centre, Nicol Road, Chalfont St Peter.

The works appear retrospective because they were started in December 2020, and completed on June 18, according to council documents.

Two-storey rear extension, single-storey side extension and infill and garage conversion into living space - PL/21/2169/FA 

Mrs Josh Kelly, of Kingshill Way, Berkhamsted, has submitted to Bucks Council extension plans for 6 Dupre Crescent, Beaconsfield.

Plans detail a ‘garage conversion to a habitable space’, extension works and infilling.

Householder application for demolition of existing conservatory, construction of single-storey garden room to private walled garden and creation of new wall opening from private driveway - 21/06881/FUL

Hebah and Mohamed Ayyad have submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Fawley Lodge, Marlow Road, Fawley.

Plans detail a ‘replacement conservatory within a walled garden, and a new wall opening from a private driveway to replace the existing one closed up by the conservatory’.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.

Certificate of lawfulness for existing use of existing building (Wood Lane Cottage) as self-contained residential dwelling (together with associated operational development) - PL/21/2401/EU

Mr Try, of Wood Lane House, Iver Heath, has submitted to Bucks Council an application for the Wood Lane property.

The applicant seeks residential use of the property.

Construction of two-storey extension with link to Griffin House School including demolition of existing building - 21/06803/FUL

Griffin House School Ltd has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Griffin House Preparatory School, Station Road, Little Kimble.

The objective is to “replace outworn temporary classrooms on site that have now reached the end of their useful life”, and to ‘provide additional much needed space…for an intake of pupils from a recent closure at St Teresa’s Catholic School, in Princes Risborough’.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.
