A man and woman from Aylesbury were arrested after police forced entry into a premise recovering Class B drugs.

Officer broke into the property in York Road on August 10 suspecting the occupants of that address to be concerned in supplying cannabis and ketamine.

Once inside officers arrested a 34-year-old male and a 32-year-old female with both since being released from custody whilst investigations continue.

The post read: "Today (August 10) the Aylesbury Vale Stronghold team have arrested a 34-year-old male and a 32-year-old female, who are both from Aylesbury on suspicion of drug supply offences.

"Just after 3pm officers forced entry into a premise within York Place suspecting the occupants of that address to be concerned in the supply of Class B drugs.

"Once inside officers made the two arrests and recovered a substantial quantity of Cannabis and Ketamine, both of which are Class B controlled substances.

"Both individuals have since been released from custody whilst our investigation continues.
