It has been alleged that former PC Kendall, who was based in Milton Keynes, worked as a tree surgeon when he was signed off on long-term sick leave.

The misconduct hearing will take place at the Thames Valley Police headquarters in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, on November 22 and November 23.

The hearing, which will be chaired by legally qualified chairperson James Keeley, will assess the evidence and judge whether former PC Kendall engaged in outside business practices as an arborist.
