A man in a distinctive matte black Range Rover made threats to harm a man before shouting at a woman in a Cressex Business Park car park.
The incident happened around 7.30pm on Sunday, April 10, on Lancaster Road in High Wycombe.
The person in question arrived in the car park in a matte black Range Rover and drove around the vicinity before parking up and walking up to the man, threatened to hurt them and then shouted at a woman.
The offender is described as a white man around 6ft 3ins tall, of large build, with short, curly, black hair, blue eyes, a stubbly beard and was wearing a black Kenzo T-shirt, blue jeans and dark shoes.
Investigating officer, PC Cameron Parker-Graham, based at High Wycombe police station, said: “I would like to appeal to anybody who may have dash cam footage or had been in the area and witnessed anything to please get in touch.

“Alternatively, for 100 per cent anonymity, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
