A popular farm attraction in Buckinghamshire welcomes families to enjoy a fun weekend of boogie and bubbles.

To lighten up the dark November, Odds Farm Park near Beaconsfield hosts Bubbles and Boogie Weekends aimed at young families, including music every hour and appearance from the farm’s own mascot the Marmalade Pig.

Not even rain can ruin the party thanks to a marquee protecting the dancers.

Head of guest operations at Odds Farm Park Louise Winslow said: “We know how hard it can be keeping excited little ones entertained in the run-up to Christmas, so we wanted to organise a pre-Christmas event that would help burn off some of that excess energy!

“We’ve got disco lights, giant bubble machines, and a host of favourite kids’ party tunes to play at our fun parties taking place throughout the day.

“With the changeable British weather we wanted to make sure our guests have plenty to enjoy during their day out on the farm with us.

Since the farm’s usual outdoor adventure play area is “perfect” for sunnier days, the team have made sure visitors have plenty of indoor fun during winter, Louise said.

Louise added: “Our animals have moved to undercover viewing areas, and our giant indoor Playbarn is the perfect destination now the days are getting shorter.”

The Bubbles and Boogie Weekends take place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until November 27.
