FOUR drivers have faced fines across Buckinghamshire recently due to breaking some important driving laws.

From drink drivers to speeders, here are all the drivers in court recently:

A COMPANY has been fined almost £900 after the driver of one of the vehicles failed to reveal their identity to police officers.

Free2Move New Mobility UK Ltd, a rental service based in Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keyes, was charged on April 13 last year in Lancashire for failing to give information relating to the identity of the driver of the vehicle – a Ford.

The driver originally pleaded not guilty to the charge but pleaded out on the first day of trial.

They were fined £693 for the offence and were also made to pay a £69 victim surcharge and £110 in court costs.

A total fine of £872 will need to be paid by April 18 this year.

A MAN has been fined almost £1,000 after being caught drink driving in Leeds.

Arash Nasimi, of Dane Court, Aylesbury, was caught driving in his Ford Focus with  62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit.

The 34-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at West Yorkshire Magistrates Court this month.

He was fined £323 for the offence as well as being made to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £620 in court costs. The total fine is £977 to be paid by this month.

He has also been disqualified from driving for 17 months.

A DRIVER has been fined after being caught speeding in a 40mph speed zone.

Shafiq Ali, of Chairborough Road, High Wycombe, was caught in Lancashire on August 30 last year speeding in his Vauxhall.

The 41-year-old was caught on Haslingden Road and Elton Road exceeding the 40mph speed limit.

He was found guilty and fined £220 for the offence. He was also made to pay £90 in court costs and an £88 victim surcharge.

The total fine is £298 to be paid by April 19 this year. He avoided any endorsements to his licence or disqualifications from driving.

A DRIVER has been fined more than £1,000 for exceeding a 50mph speed limit.

Mohammed Ali, of Kennet Drive, Bletchley, was caught on September 9 last driving his Volkswagen over the speed limit on the A56 By Pass in Lancashire.

It is unknown the speed the 28-year-old was travelling out but he was found guilty on March 30 this year at Preston Magistrates Court.

He was ordered to pay a £660 fine as well as a £264 victim surcharge and £90 in court costs.

The total fine is £1,014 to be paid by this month. His licence has also been endorsed with six points.
