A RESIDENT has been fined hundreds of pounds after their waste was dumped on the side of a road in Bucks.
A Slough resident has landed with a fine after their household waste was found fly-tipped in Denham.
The resident had given the bags of waste to a friend to be taken to the Langley Household Recycling Centre.
However, the waste was then found dumped by the A412 in Denham on June 21.

Buckinghamshire Council’s fly-tipping enforcement team wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that they traced the owner using “evidence at scene.”
The owner was “naïve and remorseful” and admitted a duty of care “failure.”
They received a fixed penalty notice rather than a prosecution and paid a £300 fine, which discharged the FPN, Buckinghamshire Council said.
The Council has told residents not to pay cash for their waste collections but to use traceable payment methods instead.
