FLACKWELL Heath will host Slough Town in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup this season after a 3-1 win against Sutton Athletic on Tuesday, writes Rob Stevens.

The Heathens and Sutton, from the Southern Counties East League Division One, drew 1-1 in the original tie in the first qualifying round on Saturday which lead to a replay at Wilks Park in midweek.

An Ashley Howell brace gave the home team a clear lead heading into the break. Sutton pulled a goal back in the second half through Arlie Desanges, but Flackwell ensured their progress when substitute Leius Sinclair strike four minutes into time added on.

Flackwell Heath turn their attention to the FA Vase and a second qualifying round tie at Raunds Town from the United Counties League Division One this Saturday (3pm).

Holmer Green are out of the Hellenic League Floodlit Cup this season after a 3-2 defeat at lower-league Abingdon Town on Tuesday.

The Green return to action in the Hellenic League Challenge Cup and a trip to Abingdon United next Tuesday (7.45pm).

Marlow United have made progress in the Floodlit Cup following their 3-0 win at Chinnor on Tuesday.

Marlow now have a break until Saturday 21st September when Wallingford Town visit the Alfred Davis Memorial Ground for a Hellenic Division One East fixture.

Penn & Tylers Green are also through to the next round in the Floodlit Cup after a 3-1 win at higher-league Reading City on Monday night.

Dean Allen bagged a brace with Thomas Harrison-Stables also on target in the victory at Scours Lane. McKoy Palmer scored a consolation goal for Reading.

Penn & Tylers Green return to action in Division One East with a visit to Holloways Park from Milton United next Tuesday (7.45pm).

Risborough Rangers did not have a fixture to fulfill in midweek but make the trip to Langley in the Floodlit Cup next Tuesday (7.45pm).
