THE Cathedrals Express steam train took many exited passengers on a great journey at the weekend as it passed through Beaconsfield.
The old fashioned train stopped at Beaconsfield Railway Station before taking passengers on a trip, stopping in Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Chairman of Steam Dreams, the company behind the trip, Marcus Robertson believed the trip, including the stop in Beaconsfield was a big success.
He said: “Our first Sunday Luncheon trip was a huge success and everyone seemed to enjoy the day, helped by the fact the weather was good and our loco was impeccable. “We will definitely look to do another similar trip from Beaconsfield in future.”
