A 53-year-old man who is accused of raping and sexually assaulting a woman at a retail park last month, did not enter a plea when he appeared in court yesterday.
Juan Gonzalez, who has been previously referred to as John, was earlier charged by detectives investigating an incident at Knaves Beech Industrial Estate, Loudwater, where a woman was allegedly attacked at about 3.15am on February 6.
Gonzalez, of Wooburn Manor Park, Wooburn Green, appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court yesterday afternoon for a plea and trial preparation hearing, but did not enter a plea.
He is next due to appear at the same court on March 31 and a trial has been listed to start for May 16.
Gonzalez faces charges of one count of rape and one count of sexual assault.
