All train lines between Bourne End and Marlow are blocked due to a signalling fault.
Replacement bus services are running between the two towns after a fault with the signalling system caused Great Western Railway trains running to and from Marlow and Bourne End to be cancelled.
Commuters are being warned of disruption, which is expected to last until around 4pm today (Tuesday).
The buses will ferry passengers between the two towns in both directions until further notice.
