Firefighters raised almost £1,000 with a charity car wash on Saturday, while they were also able to give out fire safety advice to dozens of nearby residents.
Beaconsfield Fire Station staff used their hoses to clean 84 cars on Saturday afternoon, raising £939.07 for their 999 charity.
The event was well supported by residents and the South Bucks team were quick to thank all who came along and donated.
They said they also appreciated the support of local businesses which helped provide sponges and other equipment on the day.
