Young children at a school in Gerrards Cross experienced what life was like working with animals last month.
As part of the national British Science Week, some pupils from Gayhurst School were given the opportunity to get up close and personal with farmyard animals.
Year 2 pupils Evie Graham and Evelyn Jones, pictured, appeared happy with their selection and were even taught a bit more about their chosen animal.
As well as the trip to Ark Mobile Farm, youngsters from all year groups also got involved in workshops, assemblies and shows across the week.
