A PHOTOGRAPHY student has been short-listed in a national competition which could lead to three month's paid employment with a celebrity photographer who has worked with the likes of Lady Gaga and Bono.
Antonina Dolani is a finalist in the prestigious Nikon Foundation competition with her series of fashion-based images.
First prize is three months works as a photographer assistant to fashion and celebrity photographer John Wright.
The Amersham and Wycombe College Foundation Degree student said: ““To be short-listed for the Nikon Foundation competition really is a dream come true,” says Antonina. “I would love to work in the fashion industry so this is a fantastic opportunity for me and I have my fingers crossed for early June - when the winner will be announced.”
She is one of ten pupils who have been short-listed who had her portfolio assessed by John and a team of design and photography experts when she attended a job interview last month.

The winner receives £3,000 to help with living expenses in London and Nikon is providing a top of the range Nikon professional camera and lens kit worth £4,000.
