A HAZLEMERE festival has grown so popular it is going to take place at a bigger venue this year.
Beechstock festival was held at The Beech Tree in Hazlemere for the last two years but this year it has moved to Adams Park in Sands.
With a capacity of 10,000 organisers are hoping it will draw in the crowds over the Queen’s Jubilee weekend from June 2-4.
There will be live music from Mamas Gun, Babybird, Dodgy and Freak Asylum and local bands.
Alongside this there will be DJs, rides, face painting, bouncy castles, comedy, food and gift stalls.
Money raised will go to The Pepper Foundation, which is managed by Iain Rennie Grove House and provides professional and loving home care for seriously ill children throughout Bucks and Herts.
Organiser, Kevin Sweeney, said: “We needed a bigger venue this year because of how popular it had become.
“We have 90 bands playing and activities and events for all the family. It has always been a community and family event.”
There will be three stages. Music starts at 11am until midnight.
This Saturday, March 24 organisers will be in The Chilterns Shopping Centre in High Wycombe. There will be live music and they will be selling tickets and competitions.
Early bird tickets are £30 for three days. The price of a three day standard ticket is £45. Children under 14 go free. Student tickets are £25 for the early bird price.
Go to www.beechstock.co.uk to book. They will also be selling tickets on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in The Chilterns Shopping Centre.
